Mobile Crisis Specialist (Licensed) Full Time

Location: Lanham, MD

Santé, a nonprofit entity, also manages mental health outreach and psychiatric recovery services. It has been delivering mental health care to individuals and families and pioneering new treatment modalities since 1974.


The Affiliated Sante Group is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mobile Crisis Specialist (Licensed) for our PG Crisis Response Team located in Lanham, MD. The Mobile Crisis Specialist will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, and will develop a crisis plan for continuation of services related to individual consumers. He or she will be responsible for all incident documentation, and will be the on-site resource for any relevant clinical information, as well as the liaison for collaboration with other involved parties including families, friends, and other community providers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (ie: LCSW-C/LCPC).
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
  •  Job Experience required 2 years
  • Preferred Job Experience 3-5 years
  • Required licensure LCPC or LCSW-C
  • Preferred Licensure LCPC or LCSW-C
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License, proof of current automobile insurance and may not have more than two (2) points on their driving record.
  • Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Must be able to be trained on Electronic Consumer Record software.
