About the position

The Santé Group seeks a full-time Clinical Manager to join our Prince George's County Crisis Response System! The Clinical Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis and Behavioral Health Response teams, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services in the community, and supervising all related program staff.

A successful candidate will be a Board Approved Supervisor, and possess an LCPC, LCSW or LICSW. She or he will additionally have strong leadership skills, and a demonstrated passion for crisis work. This is an excellent leadership opportunity with a leading non-profit organization in Maryland.

The salary range for this position is $27 - $29.80/hr.

Essential Functions:

  • Establishes and monitors work schedules and coordinates/grants staff leave
  • Ensures coverage of shifts
  • Insures appropriate follow-up with clients admitted to the CRS until discharge per protocols
  • Responsible for all case documentation
  • Collects, inputs and reports required data
  • Responsible for the integrity of data inputted
  • Responsible for training and orienting new staff/interns to core competencies including use of the EMR
  • Provides clinical backup for MCT/ OPS, Outreach and CIT, as needed
  • Audits open cases per Standard Operation Procedures
  • Provides emergency staff coverage in MCT/ OPS, Outreach and CIT, as needed
  • In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures that they are routinely implemented
  • Develops and provides community trainings on requested topics
  • Participate in the rotation as the acting on-call supervisor
  • Participates in community boards and committees, as needed
  • Check work e-mail according to agency protocol (daily)
  • Participate in and complete all required trainings
  • Responsible to report any needed disciplinary action and working with director and HR to implement any actions

About you

A successful candidate will meet all of the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field of study
  • Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland - LCPC, LCSW or LICSW
  • Minimum two years of related experience required – 3-5 preferred
  • Must be a Board Approved Supervisor
  • Must be able to work individually as well as within a team

We operate as a 365 day per year service. Managers must be available for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts, as scheduled. While every effort may be made to create a schedule that meets the individual staff person’s needs, the schedule is created first and foremost to meet the needs of the program.
