Urgent Care Therapist, LCPC/LCSW -C

Location: Baltimore, MD

The Affiliated Sante Group seeks a Part-Time Urgent Care Therapist for our Baltimore County office. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional (LCSW-C or LCPC) to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations for clients in the Urgent Care Center. The successful candidate will have a background in social work, psychology, or a related field of study. The Urgent Care scheduled shifts are: Monday - Friday 6pm-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 2pm-6pm. 

The Affiliated Santé Group (Santé) is a non-profit leading provider of crisis psychiatric care and system management services to public and private entities. Santé also manages mental health outreach and psychiatric recovery services. We have been delivering mental health care to individuals and families and pioneering new treatment modalities since 1974. The Baltimore County Crisis Response System (BCCRS) is a comprehensive Crisis Center that offers emergency mental health services to Baltimore County residents through a variety of service components including: 

  • 24 Hour Hotline
  • Mobile Crisis Teams
  • In-Home Intervention Teams
  • Urgent Care Center

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
  • Must possess current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC).
  • Must have experience working in crisis, emergency room, or community based services.
  • Must be willing to provide services in clients' homes and community settings.
  • Variety of shifts available
  • Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Must be able to be trained on Electronic Medical Record software. (MUST be able to proficiently type using a tablet, laptop, and desktop) 
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
