Mobile Crisis Specialist

Santé, a nonprofit entity, also manages mental health outreach and psychiatric recovery services. It has been delivering mental health care to individuals and families and pioneering new treatment modalities since 1974.

The Affiliated Santé Group seeks a Full-TimePart-Time, PRN and OVERNIGHT Mobile Crisis Specialists (LCSW-C, LCPC) who will respond to behavioral health crisis needs in Cambridge, MD. The PRN (Scheduled as needed) position is for 16 hours a week. The Full-Time role will be 40 hours a weekThe employee will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, and will develop a crisis plan for continuation of services related to individual consumers. He or she will be responsible for all incident documentation, and will be the on-site resource for any relevant clinical information, as well as the liaison for collaboration with other involved parties including families, friends, and other community providers.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW-C/LCPC Licensure in the State of Maryland preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of job related experience; 5 years preferred
  • Must be willing to work overnight shifts.
