Community Crisis Specialist (LGSW/LGPC/LCSW/LCPC)

The Affiliated Santé Group is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Mobile Crisis Team Leader (Social Worker) in Cambridge on Maryland's Beautiful Eastern Shore!  This position is responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, providing clinical assessments and evaluation services in the community as well as supervising the Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) Specialists. We provide 365-days per year services; our Team Leaders must be available for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts, as scheduled. 

Qualifications Include (but are not limited to):

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study;
  • At least one year of supervisory experience or two years of clinical experience;
  • Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland. Minimum GSW/LGPC required, LCSW/LCPC preferred;
  • Must be able to work with “high-risk” consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities;
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to comply with regulations of organizations to which we are accountable; highest ethical and professional standards of conduct;
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and no more than 2 points on the driving record.
